Top Ten Tuesday: Last 10 Books That Came Into My Possession

Good morning, everyone!

It's once again time for Top Ten Tuesday, the weekly meme/blog hop hosted by The Broke and The Bookish. This week's theme is the last 10 books that came into your possession. These can be physical books, ebooks, ARCs, library copies, whatever you like.

I had three separate book orders just arrived, and I placed another Sunday night. Ooops. I had lots to choose from!

10. King of Hearts - L. H. Cosway
Add to Goodreads

This one is an ARC, and I'm thrilled to have it! Cosway has such an easy, relatable writing style, and her romances are smart, funny, and steamy. This one's no exception! Review will be up on Friday.

9. Rule (Marked Men, #1) - Jay Crownover
Add to Goodreads

Bought. This new adult novel is one I've been wanting to read for quite some time. Because tattoos. ;) It has a pretty high rating, and several of my favorite Goodreads reviewers have loved it. It was only $3.99 at Book Outlet, too!

8. A Stone in The Sea - A.L. Jackson
Add to Goodreads

This is one of the books I received in my June Bookworm Box, and I hadn't heard of it until then. That cover, though! #coverlust

7. Lover Eternal - J.R. Ward
Add to Goodreads

Bought. I read the third book and my first Ward read, Lover Awakened, a few weeks ago, and I've been salivating for more. I don't know why, since I had more than a few issues with that book and its insane spelling and way too many POVs, but...it's like crack! Vampires, smut, alpha males and an engaging plot let's me overlook my qualms and enjoy my guilty pleasure.

6. Virgin - Radkia Sanghani
Add to Goodreads

Bought. This new adult novel has mixed reviews, but sounds hilarious and I've been wanting something funny. Plus, it was $3.99 at Book Outlet. I couldn't say no!

5. Priest - Sierra Simone
Add to Goodreads

Bought. That cover. And title. Fuck, I can't wait to start this. Seriously, as soon as I finish my two current books, I'm locking myself away with this book.

4. Sempre - J.M. Darhower
Add to Goodreads

Bought. This is a highly rated new adult novel I've been dying to get my hands on! It sounds fascinating and I can't wait to start. Another Book Outlet find.

3. The Offer - Karina Halle
Add to Goodreads

Bought. I already had an ARC of this, but Halle is my favorite author, and the cover of this is too pretty to not have on my K.Halle shelf!

2. Beautiful Disaster - Jamie McGurie
Add to Goodreads

My mom picked this one up for me. I've heard some amazing things about it, and some people that love to hate it. Curious to see!

1. Stinger - Mia Sheridan
Add to Goodreads

Bought. I love the author, and this book sounds hilarious.

  1. Great haul you've gotten recently!! I LOVED Rule!! I hope you love him, too! I need to read Stinger - I'm behind on my Mia Sheridan books. I've also got to get back to the BDB - I've only read the first book and enjoyed it enough to keep going. Great books!!

  2. Haha yes! The Black Dagger Brotherhood series is like crack. The way they all talk and the spelling is ridiculous, but it's somehow addicting as well. The earlier books are my favorites, the later books have even more POVs than the earlier ones (if you can believe it) and I just couldn't deal anymore. Can't wait to see what you think of Rule too! I loved that one:)
