Monday Musts, No. 2

Hey guys!

I saw Monday Musts over at Kimberly Faye Reads (originally done by Lovin' los libros) and thought it looked perfect for my lazy self like a lot of fun! All you have to do is share your Must Read, Must Listen and Must Watch for the week.

Must Read

I still have a few hours left of this audiobook, but it is so amazing that I don't want it to end. Action, humor, family, romance...it's perfect.
Also, Rogan is my newest book boyfriend. Is it wrong to swoon when he threatened to kill anyone that disturbed the heroine's sleep? #RelationshipGoals
The narration is perfect, as per usual.

Must Listen

I've been on a big soft/acoustic kick lately.

Must Watch

Yeah.....it's just as addictive as people said it was. I haven't watched every episode (honestly, I fail at binge watching - skipping episodes and bouncing around is my thing), but I can't stop watching. Can't wait for the next season!
Also, I've never been a "shipper" of anything and I can't stand that term, but I'd make an exception for Bellamy and Clarke. Oh my god, I love them; Bellamy especially breaks my heart. I kinda watch the show just for their little moments.

The Sunday Post/It's Monday, What Are You Reading?

Hey, ladies!

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead. It's Monday, What Are You Reading is a fun weekly meme hosted by Kathryn at The Book Date where we share what we've read and reviewed over the past week and what we plan to read next.

This week was another laid back one, which is nice since work is only a few weeks ago from really picking up and I can't say I'm looking forward to that too terribly much. ;)

A bit of park time this week, and a nice little day trip to a bay town around an hour and a half away yesterday, but aside from a touch of work, nothing much else has been happening.

Historic cemetery

Fairly dog friendly for such a little town.

 Fitness

I've been doing well with both steps and yoga this week, hitting the 10,000+ mark almost every day and getting in a good 10-20 minutes of yoga each day. I did manage to hurt my knee on Friday (damm rocks), but it's nothing too bad. Just sore and a bit stiff, but nothing serious!

Steps this week:

Sunday - 11,444
Monday - 11,703
Tuesday - 12,002
Wednesday - 11,207
Thursday - 12,965
Friday - 10,191
Saturday - 8,482

Total - 77,994
Average - 11,142

Read This Week

4.5 stars!
I truly love this series, and Lorelei King is one of my all time favorite narrators. I freaking loved this one, despite the bitch of a cliffhanger.
Audiobook
1.5 stars!
Atrocious. Absolutely atrocious.
4 stars!
Cute, sweet little romance with minimal angst and a great narration duo.
Audiobook
3.5 stars!
Took awhile to get into this one and I'll never be a MC club fan, but overall this was a solid read. I'm really enjoying this author lately.

Top Ten Tuesday: 8 of The Best Audiobooks

Hey, girls!

It's Top Ten Tuesday by The Broke and The Bookish! This week's topic is an audio freebie - you can do favorite audiobooks, favorite narrators, favorite albums, books you want to be audiobooks, whatever you fancy.
I'm doing 10 of the best audiobooks (in my opinion). A good audiobook is one of the best ways to read; a good narrator can make a mediocre book good, and a good narrator makes a great book such an intense experience. Let's jump right in!

In no real order....

 8. Chicagoland Vampires series (from book 6 on) - narrated by Sophie Eastlake

Sofie Eastlake isn't my favorite narrator, but she works incredibly well as Merit in this series!

7. Sweet Filthy Boy - narrated by Shayna Thibodeaux

This narrator really became Mia!

6. Addicted to You - narrated by Erin Mallon

Perfectly captured the intensity of this series. Mallon is a favorite of mine, since she adapts well to different roles.

5. Charley Davidson series - narrated by Lorelei King

If you haven't read this series yet, I highly suggest trying the audiobooks. They're fantastic! If you've already read them, try an audiobook reread!

4. Fever series (Dreamfever to Burned) - narrated by Natalie Ross and Phil Gigante

This is one of the best audio performances around. Each narrator nails their part, and each character has a unique voice. I absolutely adored how the man read all the male parts, and the woman read all the female parts, and it becomes such an interactive experience between them.
Also, Gigante's Barrons voice? Holy shit. He could talk you into an orgasm.

3. Kate Daniels series - narrated by Renee Raudman

I don't care for this narrator in any other series but this one is perfect!

2. Night Huntress series - narrated by Tavia Gilbert

My very favorite audio series! Each and every character has a completely unique voice, and it's so vivid!

1. Sustained - narrated by Sebastian York

That man's voice is hot. That is all.
