The Bookworm Box

(NOTE: this is not a paid, perked, or solicited post. I'm really just excited, and only fellow book-nerds will understand this!)

Morning, everyone!

I love subscription boxes. There, I admit it. I love 'em. Nail polish, dog stuff (I have four little shit heads great dogs), makeup (which I don't wear hardly any of...I just like new stuff), anything. And I love books. Until recently though, I didn't even think of them going together! Luckily I'm on an author fan Facebook group, and I heard about The Bookworm Box

The Bookworm Box is a subscription box service that delivers two autographed books, plus fun book swag, to your door every month. I've seen authors like Leisa Rayven, Colleen Hoover, E. L. James, Tammara Webber, Karina Halle, Mia Sheridan, Penelope Ward, Tarryn Fisher and Jamie McGurie pop up in these boxes, just to name a few. The best part is that 100% of the profit goes to charity!
It was founded by Colleen Hoover, one of my favorite writers and the author of the Slammed series, Ugly Love, Never Never, and Maybe Someday (among others!). Orders ship around the 15th of each month, and it is open internationally.
You can find their website here and their Facebook here.

I've been eyeing the boxes for months, and finally placed an order for one this month. I figured since the profit goes to charity, that fills the "give" line in my budget, leaving even more room to buy books. ;)
I'll be sure to share what's in the box when it arrives!

  4. Aren't the Bookworm Boxes (and especially Colleen Hoover) just wonderful? I received my first one a couple weeks ago; and not only was I tickled over the contents, but it felt so good knowing the proceeds went to charity. Hope you enjoy your box very much :)
