The Sunday Post/It's Monday, What Are You Reading?

Hey, ladies!

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead. It's Monday, What Are You Reading is a fun weekly meme hosted by Kathryn at The Book Date where we share what we've read and reviewed over the past week and what we plan to read next.

Another good week! Work was pleasantly non-hectic, and the weather's remained in the 50s and 60s during the day. I'm throughly over grey skies, though. I thought this was Florida, not Washington!

A good step week, and a good yoga week! I've doing well with running, even when I don't feel like it. ;) Something that is still constant is my appetite. It's insane. I eat like a high school boy, despite my 113lb frame. I'll get so hungry that I can't even think of anything besides food, even if it's only been an hour or two since I last ate. Oh, well - good thing I eat healthy. ;)

Steps this week:

Sunday - 8,445
Monday - 14,234
Tuesday - 14,432
Wednesday - 11,114
Thursday - 11,824
Friday - 14,173
Saturday - 18,668

Total - 92,890

Read This Week

A fantastic reading week!
4 stars! I really enjoyed this one. Much better than the first book.
5 stars! This novella was sexy, and beautiful, and a perfect addition to the couple's story.
A solid 4 star read!
Audiobook
Another 4 star read! I liked it better than the first, and while it was a different kind of action and suspense, but one that worked well for the story.
Audiobook
5 stars! This series, despite the absolute shit covers, is kind of insanely addictive.
A 5 star reread! I wanted to refresh myself before reviewing, and fell in love all over again.

Currently Reading
I can't believe I'm saying this, but there's too much sex in this. Or maybe not too much sex, but too much sex between characters I don't feel have any sort of connection.
Audiobook, nearly finished.
Only around 15% into this, but I'm a little bit in love. Really sad start, but there's been a surprising but of laugh out loud humor to it.

I was warned about Tristan Cole.

“Stay away from him,” people said.
“He’s cruel.”
“He’s cold.”
“He’s damaged.”

It’s easy to judge a man because of his past. To look at Tristan and see a monster.

But I couldn’t do that. I had to accept the wreckage that lived inside of him because it also lived inside of me.

We were both empty.
We were both looking for something else. Something more.
We both wanted to put together the shattered pieces of our yesterdays.

Then perhaps we could finally remember how to breathe.

What Will I Read Next?
I. Cannot. Stand. These. Covers. I'm going through them via my Kindle simply so I don't have to see the covers every time I open them.

  3. I really need to try Fighting Silence!
Great steps! I feel like I'm always starving now that I run so much. I am trying to eat filling, healthy foods to suppress my appetite.
    Enjoy your books this week!
